These Terms of Service govern the use of the website www.suljabrothers.com (hereinafter: “the website”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or purchasing through this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Providers

The website is operated by Zlatko Šulja PR Šulja Brothers Fitness, with additional services provided by:

Prle Company LLC (Stripe payment processing)

All services are part of the Šulja Brothers brand.

2. Services and Products

We offer:

Digital products (eBooks, video courses, programs)
Mentorship programs (personalized coaching via app and email)

Upon purchase:

Digital products are delivered via direct download/email (no login required).
Mentorship clients receive access to an external app (www.hubfit.com) and may be asked to fill out a pre-collaboration form via Google Drive.

3. Account Creation

For mentorship programs, an account is created for you on HubFit. Login credentials are sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and data.

4. External Platforms

Our services involve the use of external tools including:

HubFit – for coaching delivery
Google Drive – for initial intake form
MailerLite – for newsletters and communication
Stripe – for payment processing

By using our services, you also agree to the terms of these third-party platforms.

Payments can be made through one of the following methods:

via secure online Stripe platform (for card payments),
via mobile banking or direct bank transfer (for clients based in Serbia),
or through PayPal, depending on the type of product and prior agreement with the client.

We do not store any credit card information on our servers – all transactions are processed through verified and secure payment systems (Stripe, PayPal).

Prices are listed in EUR (Euros) or RSD (Serbian Dinar) depending on the market and selected payment method, and may vary based on the type of product or service.

We make no explicit guarantees of success or results. Your outcome depends on your commitment, effort, and individual predispositions.

We are not liable for:

Delays or interruptions due to third-party platforms
Technical issues outside our control
Misuse of provided plans or advice

All content, including texts, videos, guides, and materials, is the intellectual property of Šulja Brothers and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Belgrade.

Uslovi korišćenja

Ovi Uslovi korišćenja regulišu upotrebu sajta www.suljabrothers.com (u daljem tekstu: “sajt”, “mi”, “nas”). Korišćenjem sajta ili kupovinom bilo kog proizvoda prihvatate ove uslove.

Sve usluge dostupne su kroz brend Šulja Brothers.

2. Usluge i proizvodi

Na sajtu nudimo:

Digitalne proizvode (eBookovi, video materijali, programi)
Mentorski program (personalizovano vođenje kroz aplikaciju i mejl)

Nakon kupovine:

Digitalni proizvodi se dostavljaju putem mejla (bez logovanja).
Za mentorstvo klijentima se pravi nalog na platformi www.hubfit.com, a pre saradnje popunjavaju inicijalni upitnik putem Google Drive forme.

3. Kreiranje naloga

Za mentorski rad, kreiramo vam nalog na HubFit platformi. Podaci za logovanje stižu na mejl. Dužni ste da čuvate poverljivost svojih pristupnih podataka.

4. Spoljni alati

Naše usluge koriste sledeće alate trećih strana:

HubFit – za isporuku trening i ishrane
Google Drive – za popunjavanje početnog upitnika
MailerLite – za komunikaciju i mejlove
Stripe – za procesiranje uplata

Korišćenjem naših usluga prihvatate i uslove korišćenja ovih servisa.

Kupovinom potvrđujete saglasnost sa sledećim dokumentima:

Plaćanja se mogu izvršiti na jedan od sledećih načina:

putem sigurne online platforme Stripe (za kartična plaćanja),
putem m-banking-a ili uplatnice (za korisnike iz Srbije),
ili preko PayPal-a, u zavisnosti od vrste proizvoda i dogovora sa klijentom.

Podaci o karticama se ne čuvaju na našim serverima – sve transakcije se procesuiraju preko verifikovanih i bezbednih sistema (Stripe, PayPal).

Cene su izražene u evrima (EUR) ili dinarima (RSD), u zavisnosti od tržišta i načina plaćanja, i variraju u zavisnosti od vrste proizvoda ili usluge.

7. Ograničenje odgovornosti

Ne garantujemo uspeh ili konkretne rezultate. Ishod saradnje zavisi od vaše angažovanosti, doslednosti i individualnih predispozicija.

Nismo odgovorni za:

Tehničke probleme trećih strana
Prekide u funkcionisanju aplikacija
Nepravilno sprovođenje saveta ili planova

8. Intelektualna svojina

Svi materijali (tekstovi, video snimci, vodiči) su intelektualna svojina Šulja Brothers brenda i ne smeju se koristiti bez dozvole.

9. Nadležnost

Ovi uslovi se uređuju zakonima Republike Srbije. U slučaju spora, nadležan je sud u Beogradu.
